How to request deletion of data and connections.

Request deletion

Email mibo.pos.bo@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your Mibo Suite account email, organization, and connected provider where applicable.

Disconnect third parties

You may also revoke permissions from Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or another connected platform. After revocation we will stop requesting new data from that connection.

What is deleted and what may be retained

After verifying identity and authority, we will delete or anonymize personal data and credentials we are not required to keep. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, audit, temporary backups, tax, accounting, legal obligations, or disputes, restricted to the relevant purpose.

Timing

We will process the request within the period required by applicable law or, where none is specified, without undue delay.
