How MIBO processes information in Mibo Suite.

1. Controller and roles
MIBO operates Mibo Suite. Privacy contact: mibo.pos.bo@gmail.com. When a business manages data about its customers or staff, that business may act as controller and MIBO as a service provider/processor, depending on the relationship and applicable law.
2. Data processed
We may process account data; organization, legal entity, branch, and role data; products, inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, and documents; conversations; technical and audit data; integration identifiers, permissions, tokens, and events; and content used with AI features.
3. Purposes
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, perform requested functions, synchronize integrations, process messages and events, prevent fraud, provide support, improve performance, meet obligations, and enable AI/automation.
4. Connected platforms
If you connect Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or another platform, Mibo Suite requests and uses permissions needed for enabled functions and respects authorizations granted by the user.
5. Providers, transfers, and security
We may use providers for infrastructure, databases, storage, email, security, AI, analytics, and connectivity. We apply limited access, organization separation, encryption in transit, secret management, webhook validation, and audit controls. Some providers may process data outside the user's country subject to applicable law.
6. Retention and rights
We keep data while needed for the service, security, audit, recovery, and contractual or legal obligations. Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent by contacting mibo.pos.bo@gmail.com.
7. Children and changes
Mibo Suite is intended for business use and not directed to children as contracting users. We may update this policy and will publish the current version and effective date here.
