Terms of Service
Rules governing use of Mibo Suite.

1. Service and acceptance
Mibo Suite is a business platform that may include POS, sales, inventory, CRM, social commerce, automation, and integrations. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.
2. Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and manage organization permissions. Anyone connecting an external account represents they are authorized to do so for the relevant business.
3. Business responsibility
Each business is responsible for its data, prices, taxes, fiscal documents, communications, customers, commercial decisions, and required consents. Mibo Suite does not replace legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
4. Third parties
Connections to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, payments, email, or other providers are also governed by their own rules, permissions, limits, and availability.
5. AI and automation
AI may suggest replies, content, or actions and may be wrong. Sensitive decisions may require human confirmation depending on product configuration.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Mibo Suite for fraud, abuse, impersonation, unauthorized messaging, unlawful activity, rights infringement, control circumvention, or security attacks.
7. Availability, ownership, and termination
We may improve, limit, or suspend features for technical, legal, security, or provider-related reasons. MIBO retains rights in the platform; customers retain rights in their data and content. Access may be suspended for risk, fraud, breach, or legal requirements.
8. Liability and applicable law
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MIBO is not liable for indirect losses or third-party failures. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
